MONTHLY UNLIMITED TRAINING: All sessions are a training format with an instructor coaching you and giving guidance and encouragement. We are confident that no matter where you are starting you can take your fitness to the next level with proper programming, great coaching, and training in a motivating team-like atmosphere.

Do not be intimidated! All workouts will be scaled and modified to fit your level of fitness so ANYONE, regardless of age or abilility, can participate in and succeed with this program. You DO NOT have to be in shape to begin! You DO NOT have to be able to do a pullup, a handstand pushup or be able to climb a rope to begin! We have modifications for each and every exercise. And you will soon be doing things you never thought you could do!
To get started with unlimited training you must first go through our 3 hour fundamentals class...
3 HOUR FUNDAMENTALS CLASS:
$150 Private session OR $100/person group class
3 hours of instruction that are necessary for insuring safety and a smooth transition into current CrossFit classes. You will be instructed in proper technique with the core CrossFit exercises and will be evaluated to help determine your current level of fitness for appropriate scaling during group workouts.

PERSONAL TRAINING/PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES:
$50/45-min session
This is a perfect option for those wanting a smaller group, more focused attention, programming specific towards your goals and a less intimidating environment. Schedule appointments for one-on-one training or form your own private group and split the cost.
