CROSSFIT MONTHLY UNLIMITED TRAINING FEE: $125/month All sessions are a training format in a small group with an instructor coaching you and giving guidance and encouragement. We will closely follow the mainsite WOD, with some minor changes in programming due to equipment and weather.
All workouts will be scaled and modified to fit your level of fitness so ANYONE, regardless of age or abilility, can participate in and succeed with this program. You DO NOT have to be in shape to begin! You DO NOT have to be able to do a pullup, a handstand pushup or be able to climb a rope to begin! We have modifications for each and every exercise.
The payment is a monthly auto-deduct via Paypal with the option to cancel at any time. Everyone must go through the 3 hour fundamentals class prior to beginning group training.
3 HOUR FUNDAMENTALS CLASS (required prior to beginning group training):
$150 Private session
$125/person for a group of 2
$100/person for a group of 3 or more
3 hours of instruction that are necessary for insuring safety and a smooth transition into current CrossFit classes. You will be instructed in proper technique with the core CrossFit exercises and will be evaluated to help determine your current level of fitness for appropriate scaling during group workouts. Fundamentals fee includes a CrossFit Ames t-shirt.
