Made up Brenton from yesterday as Rx'd in 18:02. However, judging from the times that everyone else was getting, I'm thinking I may have doubled the workout. Brandon, how many times back and forth did you go for every 100 feet?



we had a 30 min cut-off...if it werent for the last set of burpees I totally woulda just finished this ;)

sub kipping PU's blue band
sub med ball situps 14# for T2B

2 rounds + 20 PU + 30 medball situps


Sara - we counted from the edge of the mats to the garage door as 50 feet. So back and forth is 100 feet.


Brandon, thanks...wish I would have asked you before I did the WOD! I went back and forth twice for each exercise, each round..so doubled it. Makes me feel better about my time though :)


As always, I LOVE coming to visit!! Thanks Heath Morgan for coming in to workout with me!! I will be back for more!!! I have a feeling Joey would not have been so nice to me this morning!!! LOL!
