The affiliate team made it to Colorado and is ready to hit 3 WODS today. The sprint WOD is at 9:40 (MST), the snatch WOD is at 12:30 and the triplet WOD with muscle ups, overhead squats and rowing is at 4:30.

GO TEAM!!! Just heard that CF Ames is Third out of 30 after the first event!!! AWESOME way to get the day started!
On the other hand, I DNFed this workout. 35:12 for only 2 rounds. Getting my carcass up off the ground that many times just really sucks...
