"How Did We Get Here?" by Greg Glassman, CrossFit Journal Preview - video [wmv] [mov]
Mike and Bill are looking lean and mean! Mike has lost 21# and Bill has lost 17# since starting CrossFit and the Zone in February! AND they both put up some HUGE numbers on the CrossFit Total! Way to go guys!!! You guys are proof that proper nutrition and consistancy with training = improved performance and body composition!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!
Troy also went BIG and pulled a huge deadlift on his first ever time going heavy with DL's and PR'd on his back squat!!! Awesome effort Troy!

There's some big weight being moved down there. Nice job guys!
So I just got done watching "Every Second Counts" and I am totally ready for tomorrow's WOD right now. Sleep is going to be an issue.

20:05ish
Huge rip on last 20 pullups so they were slow with not a very big kip.
I can tell I haven't done wall ball shots in forever... wow they hurt!
Reagan, sorry I failed on putting together a movie night! Looks like you went ahead and got it for yourself :) It's pretty inspiring isn't it?

Good thing I was wearing white last night...it's supposed to have a slimming effect :)

I think my time was 18:20.
I could not find a pullup rhythm today, but I think that helped because it forced me to do them in groups of five instead of trying to crank out 20 at first and then resting for two minutes before i could do another ten.

I'm sure I would have bought a copy after seeing it either way Leigh Ann. Very fun to watch, although we were disappointed there was no woman's coverage.
I will refer to today's WOD as 'Coach hates my chest and triceps.'
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Handstand push-ups 5 reps
Bench press 135 pounds, 10 reps
Push press 95 pounds, 15 reps
Dips 20 reps
As Rx'd
3rds + 5 HSPU + 10 BP + 15 PP
This fun little WOD hadn't been posted since 2004, lucky us.
