MONDAYS TRAINING TIME: 6am
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.
Why do we incorporate the Olympic lifts in our training? Because they require all 10 general physical skills listed on the post yesterday: Endurance, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.

Tim on the post-WOD collapse after finishing "Murph" without partitioning reps...

Tim, that's crazy and mighty impressive. Nice work.
Did the C&J ladder the other day. Always amazed at how quickly this workout instantly fatigues me.
As Rx'd 135lbs.
6 Rounds + 6 reps.
Couldn't squeeze out the 7th rep before time expired.

I didn't participate in today's workout because Murph opted to beat the living bejesus out of me and left my right arm unfit to participate. And it's a shame, because I quite enjoy C&Js.
On my way to the gym yesterday, I was grumbling to myself about how much Murph was going to suck, how it was cold and windy outside, how it was wholly unnatural to do this kind of workout after I had been unfaithful about going to the gym the past couple weeks while eating and drinking (and drinking (and drinking)) too much, and how much running in the cold was going to suck, and how cold and windy it was outside, and how this was an all around stupid idea. Then I passed an SUV that had a kayak strapped to its top. Comparatively, I no longer felt nearly as stupid any longer.
