I won't be able to get to this one for a couple days, but I am looking forward to taking it on, I love ring dips now that I finally got my homemade ones figured out!

This was fun, relatively speaking of course. I really tried to make sure I did the ring dips starting out in a good support position with palms forward and elbows facing back to avoid using the straps for assistance. The cleans gassed me pretty quick. Didn't help that I was cleaning my bodyweight for 45 reps.

did this one in 15:15. i used 135# power cleans. and subbed dips instead of ring dips ( no rings ) i agree reagan the cleans gassed me as well. i struggle more with dips than olympic lifts but wow. good for you on rxd it. enjoy this one tomorrow crossfitames!

Reagan and Aaron, thanks for posting - I was curious to hear how this one is! I know I will struggle with the ring dips and haven't decided yet what i will use for the cleans. I'm a little nervous about it, but like all the WODS I know I will get through it... might not be pretty, but it can be done!
Way to go on the bodyweight cleans for that many reps, Reagan! Impressive!
