squats yesterday went 275, 315, 335, 355, 365. I was not feeling real strong and I haven't checked yet but that may be a decline in numbers for me. Also got in my 100 pu. I was hoping fran would come up today, I saw it on the main site a couple days ago, I am interested to see if I can break 4 minutes.

Great job doing Fran rx'd for the first time Muscle Mama! You rock!
I decided to join the 3000 club too. I did 190 knee pushups yesterday so I'm now at 300 for the month. The goal is to catch up this weekend.

No Fran for me today. Busy, crazy day. Will possibly make it up tomorrow.

Do you get crazy forearm pain after Fran? My forearms always feel like they are going to explode afterwards. I hate that feeling!

Made up Fran today (Saturday)
8:26 rx'd (3 minutes slower than PR of 5:18 done in July)
I've been about 3 minutes slower all week! UGH!!! I don't think I'm getting enough fat blocks b/c I just feel depleted energy-wise, but only during the WODS, not during daily life stuff. So I think I'm going to stick with 1x fat blocks and take a hit on performance to lean out a little, but then add fat blocks in a couple weeks.
