I'm finally feeling pretty much back to normal. I have not been in the Zone at all the past few days. I don't feel like I was "bad" b/c w/a cold you aren't that hungry, but what I did eat was NOT Zone friendly! I feel pretty gross and am happy to be back in the Zone tomorrow! Ugh! I'm impressed by how well you all did over Thanksgiving!

Breakfast: 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, & 1 oz ham scrambled, oatmeal, 1/2 apple, 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter - 3 blocks

Lunch: 4 oz salmon, 2 1/2 c. broccoli, 1/2 apple, 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter - 3 blocks

Snack: yogurt, 3 almonds - 1 block

Dinner: Santa Fe chicken soup, 1 oz. ham, 1 1/4 c. broccoli, 9 almonds - 3 blocks

Snack: 1 oz. tuna, 3 almonds (skipped carb because I had a spoonful of Maia's tuna casserole) - 1 block

Felt great to work out and eat right today, especially with all the stress at work!

My stress yesterday got to me and I had an unintentional cheat meal for dinner... ugh!

Breakfast: 4 eggs whites, 1 apple, 6 almonds
Lunch: 2 cheese sticks, 1 granola bar, 6 almonds
Snack: Zone bar
Dinner: cheat-not even gonna talk about it!
Snack: skipped b/c of large cheat meal!

Keep up the good work everybody!

week 3, day 2 -

breakfast: zone bar - 2 blocks
lunch: turkey sandwich with cheese and almonds - 2 blocks
snack: swiss cheese, popcorn, and almonds - 2 blocks
dinner/snack: soup and snacks at aunt barb's lia sophia party - need i say more!?
